This month, I organized my experimental data and compiled histological imaging data in preparation for a potential future publication.
I have been working on preparing figures for transcriptome analysis using single-cell sequencing. The cluster annotations appear to benefit from further refinement, particularly for cell populations at earlier developmental stages, and additional investigation seems warranted.
I have also compiled a series of histological and immunofluorescence tissue images, which appear to be in a suitable state for evaluation.
My primary focus for the coming month will be evaluating the current state of my in vitro culture system, which may represent an important component of this work. I also plan to review the literature to clarify how developmental stages have been characterized in prior studies.
