I began organizing prior results toward a future manuscript submission.
For figures, I used Illustrator; ChatGPT and similar tools assisted with routine lookups and workflow tips, reducing overhead.
I also improved consistency and readability of flow cytometry (FACS) figure exports.
In preliminary culture work, I conducted time-course flow cytometry (FACS) evaluations under several exploratory conditions to monitor germ-cell differentiation.
No condition showed a clear advantage at this stage; evaluation will continue.
